How could Loparic's ideas blow some fresh air on stucking places of the Apel's thought? In my particular view, on at least three places: Transcendental Idealism interpreted as a radicalization of skepticism could be a solution to the problem of fundamentalism in the Apel's concept of an "ultimate foundation"; This new approch to skepticism through transcendental arguments could also be a solution to the Apel's restoration of popperian falsificationism within the framework of a transcendental argument. |
Within this same framework, popperian falsificationism, contrary to its disciples and to Popper himself, but according to such critics as Lakatos, could easily be interpreted as a kind of skepticism.
